Grade: Level 1 - 2. Level 1 - No experience required. Flat even surface with no steps or steep sections. Suitable for wheelchair users with someone to assist them. Level 2 - No experience required. The track is hardened gravel or compacted surface and may have a gentle hill section or sections and some steps. The internationally listed Sale Common wetlands offers freshwater marshes and red gum woodlands with an enormous variety of birdlife that you can see from the boardwalk. The boardwalk starts at the edge of the swamp, continues past deeper water, islands and through a small reed bed. At the eastern end of the boardwalk, relax and watch the pelicans, swans and ducks from the bird hide....
