The Black Bear Inn is one of the original Tyrolean style lodges still remaining in the village and has been owned by the Sommer Family since 1971. Black Bear is now under the management of Sandy Connor and Steve Mason, together with their friendly staff. Both Sandy and Steve are experienced accommodation and restaurant operators, and will do their utmost to ensure your stay is a comfortable one.
All rooms have great mountain views, ensuite bathrooms, tea and coffee making facilities, TV, and are serviced daily. Other facilities include ski and boot lockers and DVD players and movies are available for hire.
The ‘Black Bear’ is also famous for its authentic bar and licensed restaurant featuring German beer on tap and an extensive selection of local and imported schnapps.
